Vijay Raina is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the industry having dabbled in various business enterprises. He started his career as a Senior Engineer with Swaraj Mazda and moved on to be an entrepreneur. He successfully ran Production units for orgaizations like Maruti Udgyog Ltd. , Singer , Orient etc. and expanded his international trade business to UK, Germany and South Africa. His experience on having run different units motivated him to provide a platform for small and medium businesses to ineract freely with national and international clients and assist them in business growth. His core skills include Strategizing, Financial management and Equity Research and Analysis He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.) from Regional College of Engineering , Srinagar and a Masters in Financial Management and Information Technology from Nottingham University, UK.
Anjali Raina - Managing Director
Anjali Raina is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. She started her career as a Software Engineer with CDOT and rose to the position of Director -Strategic initiaves as a part of the India Management team in Xansa. She worked in various roles at Siemens Information Systems Ltd. and led multiple teams in product development , testing and implementation. She has held different roles and led various initiatives as part of her career which among others include, implementing CMM Level 5, Service and Programme Management, Relationship Management, Operations Management and Capability Development. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Telecom.) from Regional Engineering College, Srinagar.
Radha Kannan - Director , Consultancy
Radha Kannan brings with her an extensive experience of over 20 years in the IT industry. She started her career as a Software Engineer in Kiroloskar Computer Services Ltd, worked as a System Analyst in TCS and moved on to the position of Delivery Director at Xansa. Over her tenure with the industry she has gained experience in various areas like Stakeholder and Relationship Management, Change and Transition Management and Channel Management in the Utilities and the Financial/Banking sector.
